Stress is a "World Wide Epidemic"

Stress is the number one leading cause of disability among people ages 15 to 44. It is a fact that every year companies spend large amounts of money on stress-related illnesses for their employees. Workplace stress is responsible for up to $190B in the annual U.S. Healthcare Costs. 

Stress ranks among the top three workplace challenges in the USA, along with family crisis and depression.

According to Forbes, this is senseless, mainly because it is preventable. Companies will benefit from providing their employees with the tools to manage and reduce the level of stress at work. Less stress means happier employees, better attitude towards clients or patients, improve productivity and better business culture in general, and will decrease asceticism.

A Health & Wellness ​program at work can alleviate these issues tremendously. Mindfulness & Meditation Lunch & Learn for Stress Reduction (1 hour)

This one-hour program covers: The science behind stress – Why being stressed is a serious health challenge? Why are we stressed? What are some of the biggest stressors? And why do we stay stressed?

Also, your employees will understand how our bodies respond to stress, powerful breathing techniques to release stress from our body, how to response to stress. The most important part of the hour is a relaxing and calming meditation to relieve stress, activate ​the body natural healing abilities, clarity, improve your mind set and improve our emotional intelligence

Mindfulness & Meditation Lunch & Learn for Stress Reduction (2 hours)

This short but powerful seminar builds off of the Lunch & Learn material and educate your employee into a greater depth regarding both our physical and psycho-emotional response to stress.

Also, participants will learn how to identify the triggers and ​create a new awareness so that they can make a conscious decision when responding to the different stressors.

Four-Week Stress Reduction Program

  • Twice a week 45-minute Classes designed to engage participants in simple but powerful breathing techniques, guided meditation to reduce stress, plus effective stress-management techniques.
  • ​Monthly ​email reminders and suggestions to incorporate into the work day

Monthly Maintenance

(This ​program is designed to be used as maintenance after a longer ​program has been implemented)

  • Once a month 45-minute Class designed to reinforce the stress-management techniques, the breathing, meditation and relaxations techniques to keep the knowledge fresh and ​create a habit.
  • Remind participants of the commitments they’ve made to themselves of taking better care of themselves.
