Transforming Your Life From Mindless to Mindful!

Stress Has Become a "World Wide Epidemic"

People are feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. This feeling of disconnection creates a state of mental confusion, anxiety and high level of stress. Deep inside you know that something is missing.

Do you feel that way sometimes, like something is missing?  Well know that you are not alone. The truth is that a great majority is suffering with similar challenges. Here in the USA stress is a leading cause of disability in the USA among people ages 15 to 44.  It ranks among the top 3 workplace issues in the USA, along with family crisis and depression. As per Forbes, workplace stress is responsible for up to $190B in the annual U.S. Healthcare Costs. Yes... this is insanity!

Wait, there is more... Stress is causing pain and suffering all over the glove...

The World Health Organization says stress has become a ‘World Wide Epidemic’.  Listen to this, 60% of Japan’s work force suffers from it, according to the business magazine Weekly Toyo Keizai. And the cases of Karoshi, which is the term used for death by work increased in the last 20 years.

It does not stop there... In the UK, in 2016/17 stress, depression or anxiety accounted for 40% of all work related ill health cases, and 49% of all working days lost due to ill health. Guess what is the cost of the annual Health Care cost in the EU due to stress? It was calculated to be around the 20 billion... Yes, 20B!

However, one of the biggest challenges is that regular medical approaches and therapies are falling short as the most common solution to the problem are "prescription drugs," which are becoming a major problem for their addictive nature.

Get ready for an astonishing fact... According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, each day, more than 140 Americans die from drug overdoses. Depressants, opioids and antidepressants are responsible for more overdose deaths (45%) than cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine and amphetamines (39%) combined.

Mindfulness Meditation might be the the Answer...

I started meditating at age seven. My father was my mentor and guide. After moving to the USA later and started working for corporate I stopped my practice. The reason? I though it was not that important and decided that I did not have enough time for it.  Consequences? At age 36 I suffered a heart failure and got very ill due to high work demand, high stress, and poor of life style.  Once I came back to my daily practice a lot of my health challenges had improved.

So my curiosity about the subject took  me to review some research and find out if science agreed with my theory.

And yes! I found a lot of information to substantiated my claim... One of the articles that got my attention was one written by Julie Collins World Health, Executive Editor from Harvard. She interviewed Dr. Elizabeth Hoge, a psychiatric at the Center for Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Disorder at Massachusetts General Hospital and assistant professor of psychiatric at Harvard Medical School, she says that Mindfulness Meditation makes perfect sense for treating anxiety.

People with anxiety have a problem dealing with distracting thoughts that have too much power,” she explains. “They can’t distinguish between a problem-solving thought and a nagging worry that has no benefit.” - Published by the Harvard Health Blog - Posted January 08, 2014, and Updated October 03, 2017

And of course the world’s biggest companies, such as Google, GlaxoSmithKline & KPMG, all are offering Mindfulness Meditation to their employees to cut workplace stress and boost productivity.

So, what is the "Mindfulness Reflective Meditation Circle" anyway?

A “Mindfulness Reflective Meditation Circle" is an intimate gathering of individuals with the purpose of allowing a full expression of emotions and channeling the energy of those emotions towards positive life transformation. The center of the circle represents the essence of the self, your higher-self, and the essence of every living entity.

I created this powerful and proven “Mindfulness Reflective Meditation" method for Self-awareness and stress relief after trying many different meditations techniques. This method is a  combination of deep relaxation, ancient wisdom and modern cognitive awareness.

It was inspired by the sacred ancient tradition deeply rooted in the shamanic practices of indigenous cultures. The ancient traditions often referred to as the Medicine Wheel. The circle  is encompassing and representing the seven Chakras of Eastern traditions, as well as the seven sacred directions: West, North, East, South, Sky, Earth, and Center.

West, North, East, and South are the sacred quadrants of the universe and it represents the sacred center, the Heart Chakra!

This combination will create a sense of awareness and deep relaxation, allowing you to tap into your intuition, find answers to old problems, and stop toxic and negative thinking.

This guided and reflective meditation process will help you to release stress and reduces anxiety. You'll get mental clarity and strength, resilience and emotional intelligence. Increase inner peace, heart coherence to improve your focus, and attention!

You’ll enjoy the healing energy of the Tibetan healing bowls to help you becoming aware of emotional and metal blockages.

This is an effortless process. It does not require previous experience. It's natural and simple. So I invite you to come to one of my circles and enjoy a relaxing and beautiful experience while meeting other amazing individuals.

You’ll glow as the healing energy permeates your entire being, giving you a new sense well-being. This will be an amazing experience!
